Preloved Luxury Return Policy

At Star Candy Minerals, we take pride in offering authentic preloved luxury items that are carefully inspected and professionally authenticated prior to sale.

Due to the unique and often vintage nature of preloved designer items, all sales are considered final unless an item is significantly not as described.

Authenticity Guarantee

All luxury items are verified authentic through trusted third-party authentication services such as LegitApp and/or Entrupy/Entropy Check. Certificates of authenticity are provided.

Condition Disclosure

Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Many items are vintage or preloved and may show minor signs of wear consistent with age and previous use. Any major flaws or notable wear will always be disclosed in the listing.

Returns & Refunds

Returns may be approved within 3 days of confirmed delivery only if:

The item received is not authentic
The incorrect item was sent
The item was significantly misrepresented

Approved returns must:

Be unused and in the same condition received
Include all included accessories and authentication documents
Be shipped back within the approved return timeframe

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Fit or size preference
Minor vintage wear disclosed in the listing
Delays caused by shipping carriers
