By accessing or purchasing from Star Candy Minerals LLC, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All items are sold as-is. Due to the natural and one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, variations in color, shape, inclusions, and surface texture are normal and not considered defects.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout. Orders placed without Shipping Protection are not covered for transit-related damage or carrier loss. Claims without protection must be filed directly with the carrier.

Damage & Loss

If Shipping Protection is purchased, damage claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with photo documentation. Resolutions may include partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

Packages marked “Delivered” are not considered lost.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we may attempt to resolve the issue. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will be disputed.

Changes

Star Candy Minerals LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
