Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Orders typically process within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated during live sales or high-volume events.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Shipping Protection covers:

• Transit-related damage: 

  If an item arrives damaged and protection was selected, customers must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photo documentation of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

  Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Resolutions may include partial refund, full refund, or store credit depending on the extent of the damage.

• Packages officially declared lost by the carrier

• If protection is not selected, Star Candy Minerals LLC is not responsible for transit-related damage or carrier loss. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

  Packages marked "Delivered" are not considered lost.
